  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. 
  • Standard processing time is 2–5 business days, depending on product availability. • Customized or made-to-order jewellery may require additional time, which will be  communicated at the time of purchase. 
  1. Shipping Locations 
  • We currently ship across India. 
  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly. 
  1. Delivery Time 
  • Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on  your location. 
  • Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. 
  1. Shipping Charges 
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout. • We may offer free shipping on select products, promotions, or order values. 
  1. Secure Packaging 
  • All jewellery is packed with utmost care using tamper-proof and secure packaging to ensure  it reaches you in perfect condition. 
  • Each package includes the invoice and necessary product documentation. 
  1. Tracking Your Order 
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. • You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier partner’s website. 
  1. Delivery Guidelines 
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. • A valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery for high-value shipments. • Bangasree Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details  provided by the customer. 
  1. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances 
  • While we strive to deliver within the promised timelines, delays may occur due to  unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or regulatory  requirements. 
  • In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue promptly. 
  1. Damaged or Tampered Packages 
  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the  delivery and inform us immediately. 
  • Alternatively, notify us within 24 hours if any issue is noticed after acceptance.
